Silver Presidential Coins
The Silver Presidential coins are made as an attempt to make awareness among the public about the history and service of the United States of American Presidents. There is one more intention for producing these Presidential coins it is to circulate $1.
The Congress decided to circulate $1 Presidential dollar in December 2005. It was decided that four coins will be produced each year till 2016 starting from 2007 honoring Presidents as per the service. The first Silver Presidential coin was released on February 15, 2007 honoring President George Bush. In the same year 2007 three more coins were released honoring Presidents like John Adams, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison.
Several people are interested to buy Presidential coins. These coins cannot be considered as an investment rather it’s the keeping of history along. The $1 Presidential coin program may continue as new Presidents come. The United States of America mint has revealed the name of the Presidents which will be released during 2008.
